Terms and Conditions

Descriptions:
Many of our products are handmade or hand finished and are therefore subject to natural variation in colour and size. Products are sold subject to their description in words & pictures on our website and we take every reasonable care to ensure that these details are accurate at all times.

Orders:
We want your products to be as fresh as possible so we don't make large amounts at any one time and some of our products are made to order only. This means that your order may take up to 5 working days to be dispatched although in general we aim to dispatch goods within 48 hours. We will always notify you by email if there is any delay.

Payment:
All payment through our website is by Paypal. We will accept payment by personal cheque or BACS. However, delivery will not take place until the cheque has cleared in our bank account.

Delivery:
Delivery will be by Royal Mail unless otherwise requested in which case additional charges may apply. Ouyr delivery is worked out by weight, and the price will be clearly shown when you check out. Orders weighing more than 4KG will be automatically upgraded to courier delivery at no extra cost.

Returns:
We hope you are happy with your purchase but if you decide that you do not wish to keep any item purchased from us you can return it for a refund or replacement within 7 days. Goods must be returned at the customer's own expense in a saleable and unused condition.

Please ensure that you enclose details of your name, address & proof of purchase with your return.

Damaged delivery:
Notification of damaged orders must be with 24 hours of delivery.

Privacy:
We are committed to protecting your privacy and will never pass on any of your personal data to any other company. We only use the order information given to us to process your order.

As all payment through our website is via Paypal, we never see any credit or debit card numbers.
